We're on the mission to train generations of human resources to participate in Cambodia’s digital economic transition. We’ve built industry-leading programs that are accessible. Our goal is to bring digital skill education to communitites and the industry players who want to be at the forefront of the digital economy.

Our Origin Story

DICHI began from the idea that with the right tools, resources and guidance, anyone could master a skill. In 2023, DICHI Academy was founded by a small group of experts with diverse skill sets under the shared vision: to bridge immediate technical skill gaps across all levels and subjects.

DICHI was initially envisioned to be an online self-learning platform. However through trial and error we found the missing ingredient to the perfect formula: human-centered learning.

So we expanded, and created a facility for our students to learn and our industry trainers to support them. A centralized environment designed to foster curiosity and breed excellence, with the addition of our own learning platform, created to track individual progress.
